Lunch from a few days ago:

Lunch yesterday: Asian salmon salad without the salmon. Spinach, almonds, pickled ginger, carrots, edamame, mandarins, and sesame dressing.
Homemade soy milk! It has an interesting taste, but I like it. I’m going to try to make my own milk instead of buying it because it’s cheaper, and I can control what’s in it.
This was the first in a series of homemade milk. Soy milk was kind of time consuming to make, mostly because it had to be cooked. I don’t know if I’ll make this again because there are other milks that can be consumed raw and are easier to make although this was very inexpensive.

Dinner! Quinoa with roasted broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash. Roasted potatoes with ketchup. Two Hearted Ale <3
I made bibimbap! It was really delicious, but a little bit spicy. I may have added too much sriracha.
I roughly used this recipe.
Also I’ve decided to learn Japanese this summer. And yes I know bibimbap is Korean not Japanese. I’m just not taking any classes and why not?
