SO. When I got home a few days ago my anxiety was really bad. My thoughts were racing so fast I didn’t know what to do. I started cooking because that usually helps calm me down. And it kind of did…

I made wheat thins, flax seed crackers, hummus, and broccoli bean soup. I HIGHLY recommend adding thyme to the soup.

So, I made all of those things which took quite a while especially since I used dried beans and chick peas. I was still flipping out though, so I started drinking. THAT calmed me down, but is obviously not a good way to deal with my problems. And it just made me depressed later. So yeah later in the night I ended up worse than where I started. 

I really need to deal with these feelings in more productive ways…
