Cooking tip: When draining pasta, pour it VERY SLOWLY if there is a lot of water otherwise it will splash onto your leg and OWWWWWWW

yeah, it worked great! except i ate the whole sandwich at once, so maybe next time i’ll just eat half at a time. and raisins were good too!
Happy and sweaty! Had a kind of pathetic but still ok 20 mile run this morning. And instead of eating nasty processed energy gels I ate raisins and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich :)
I bought everything for lasagna and then looked at the recipe and it is a lot more work than I was expecting. Still making it though! I’ll post pictures and the recipe later tonight :)
